I’m Carl Robinson, Jr; I began public school at Rock Springs Elementary and finished at East Lincoln High School.  I graduated from Western Carolina University in 1975 and have lived my entire adult life here in Lincoln County.  I began my career at Duke Energy in 1975 and have held various management positions in my 35 years of service, I am currently an Executive Manager in the Information Technology department.  I have been a member of Salem United Methodist Church for the last 47 years holding many offices in the church.

As a long term resident of Lincoln County, I understand what is important to our communities.  I have a civic and business background that has prepared me well for service on the County Commission.   I believe we need common-sense solutions to the challenges that face us and if elected, I will always listen to your concerns and work to promote the values we all hold dear. I have the “Leadership and Experience  for Today’s Challenges.”
